Fysio Pilates workshops are specific to your area of pain. They cover the following body parts/joints:  

  • Neck and shoulder
  • Lower back
  • Hip
  • Knee
  • Ankle and foot

Workshops include general anatomy, individual evaluations, Pilates lesson with various modifications attuned to individual needs, massage for specific body part, and lunch

Advanced Training workshops:

A two-hour advanced training session that challenges “more than your core”

Intermediate Training workshop:

A two-hour training session to “take you to the next level”
